Covid-19 Policy
If an in-person meeting becomes necessary or desirable, we may agree to meet you if the following conditions are met:
- "We" means Moneylaw Professional Corporation, its employees, and its agents.
- You do not have to disclose any medical information. If you do, it is on a purely voluntary basis.
- We do not have to meet you. We only use the medical information you provide voluntarily to decide if to meet you or not.
- We do not keep record of your medical information in our files. This means that we assess meeting conditions each and every time before we agree to meet.
An internal, detailed protocol mandatory for all Moneylaw workers is in place. The relevant points for clients are summarized below.
- For your protection, we sanitize our hands between matters and we may wear facemasks.
- You must self-assess for Covid-19 according to our protocol. We do as well.
Your meeting may be postponed based on the result of the assessments.
- We may ask you to postpone a meeting or use a facemask even if the assessments are favourable.
We protect other vulnerable clients that we have to meet later.
Kindly advise us in advance if you are opposed to wearing a facemask and we will adapt our meeting schedule
to fit everyone's needs as best as we can.
- We may provide hands sanitizer and facemasks.
- We follow sanitization and cleaning protocols for items and surfaces that require touch.
